First off, feel free to call me Joe. I always write out Joseph, but keep calling me Joe.

I live and work in Oklahoma City, via way of Boston, New York City, Hartford, and upstate New York. I am blessed to have a great wife and family. I went to graduate school for city planning and public administration. My interests include affordable housing, community development, economic development, public policy, urban economics, and regional planning. I am a member of APA, CNU, and ULI.
